  1. I agree with you on this. My family are healthy eaters and it seems to have staved off the affects of old age. I have aunts who are in their mid 60s, but could probably pass for being in their 40s. Hands are always a give away though.

  2. That’s true, especially for vitamin-rich fruits such as strawberries and papayas.
    Apparently the high content of antioxidants such as Vitamin C reduces the damage from free radicals, which in turn keeps you “younger” by removing part of the effects of aging :)
